The PsychAD dataset is published in Scientific Data

Genotypes and single-nucleus transcriptomes from 6.3 million nuclei and 1,494 donors, openly available.

The PsychAD data descriptor is out in Scientific Data, with Donghoon Lee as co-first author. It documents genotypes and single-nucleus transcriptomes from more than 6.3 million nuclei and 1,494 donors, covering neurodegenerative disease, serious mental illness and neurotypical controls. About a fifth of the donors (21%) had two or more major brain disorders, so the data are well suited to studying how diseases overlap.

The data are available through the AD Knowledge Portal, and the atlas can be browsed on CELLxGENE.
